Thank you for choosing Nema’s Juices! We take pride in crafting each juice to order, ensuring you receive the freshest and highest quality product possible. 

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our juices, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been received. Additionally, as each juice is made specifically for you, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
